West Ham defender Ryan Fredericks has made a dig at Chelsea for releasing Declan Rice as a youngster.Rice was let go by the Blues at the age of 14 after eight years at the club, but he’s since gone on to be a star for the Hammers.2

The 20-year-old defensive midfielder is one of the brightest prospects in the Premier League and has been linked with a move to Manchester City as a possible replacement for Fernandinho.
